I just want to make ABSOLUTELY sure that I am eating the amount carbs, fat, cals and protein that I am supposed to be eating.

My goal is to Lean out and gain some muscle, but not too much muscle.

I am doing the 50-20-30 split, so 50% Protein, 20% Carb, and 30% Fat.

Based on my weight of 255 the figures come to :

3060 kcals
382.5gs Protein
153g of Carbs
102g of Fat

I am dividing the Protein and Carbs each by 6 meals and the fat by 2.


So i eat 3 solid meals, and 3 Protein shakes


Please help....and please let me know if this is on track, because it seems a bit high.

I dont want to go to the scale and freak out, I am a woman, so we freak abt that kind of stuff...on the other hand, if I look like Dwight Howard from eating all that, i would be ok!! Smile

not that i've answered your question in any way. it was just something that struck me funny when i read your post.

lol...that i know! I mean I would b ok if i were in shape, but im not, and that s the problem. Ive always been heavy on the scale, my 156 looks like a woman's 123-130.
