I like to use 2 tbsp p-butter in my 1 cup of oats and I omit the banana and have a handfull of sugar free choc. chips (until 5-6 weeks out then its the banana) it the oatmeal. When the natural p-b and chips melt its like a soft cookie. Ummmmmm, too bad carb day from me is still 2 days away
sulcop, that sounds HEAVENLY.... its the little things like that that helps make this diet livable... I am 10 weeks out so I will have to try that and see how I respond!!.. yummy
I use 1.5 cups of rice as part of my carb meal. I normally use 1 TBS safflower oil as the fat component.

I know that peanut butter is good as a substitute when you have nothing else, but, aren't peanuts considered legumes? My understanding is that peanuts & peanut butter can promote estrogenic fat in some individuals.
