Hi all. I've been lurking in the background reading the board for several months, just never posted. Now, I'm interested in doing a contest. Where is the best place to start?
Wow that's sort of a big general question that could get a myriad of responses! In my opinion your first step should be evaluating where you're currently at (lean mass vs. lbs of fat, etc.) and then get an idea of what's realistic and set a goal (whether it's a measurement or a specific show). Based on this goal you would then need to formulate a good solid diet and workout strategy as well as a good supplement plan. My response is very high level, so let us all know if you have specific questions about the process.
