First off, I'd like to thank everyone that has helped me get through the current diet.. It's now been 3 full weeks and absolutlely NO cheating. I'm looking great! Now, I'm going to stay for another week or so, but what do I do for maintinence? I was thinking to slowly inroduce carbs back into my everyday diet. Also, how should I change my supplement program? Here is the plan I came up with, please critique:
Introduce carbs daily for breakfast and PWO
Taper off towards the 2nd half of the day
Start at under maintinence calories and slowly work up. Adding more carbs through out the day as calories increase.
