Hello, I am new to Beverly and am making my first attempt to incorporate the 50/20/30 approach. I would appreciate if someone could please critique the diet listed below. I would like to lean out over the next 14 weeks. My stats: I am 210lbs, 12%, weight training 5x week, running 3x week, and tai chi 2x week. Thank you in advance for your help.

Post-Cardio or Tai Chi (9:30)
1 scoop UMP, 1 scoop MP, 1/4 cup raw oats, 4 ultra 40, 4 mass amino

Lunch 1 (12:00)
8oz. chicken, 2 cups broccoli, 1 tbs efa oil, 4 ultra 40, 4 mass amino, 1 high epa fish oil cap

Post-Weight Training (3:00)
Same as post-cardio

Lunch 2 (5:30)
Same as lunch 1

Dinner (8:00)
2 brown rice sushi tuna rolls
6 oz. tuna tartar
2 cups broccoli

Bedtime (10:00)
2 scoops UMP, 1 tbs efa oil, 4 ultra 40, 4 mass amino

Totals: 300g protein, 135g carbs, 80g fat, 2440 calories.

Hey man, that looks like an awesome diet to me! I personally preferancea higher carb content post workout, but i think that is an individual thing, some people go completely without. Good luck with your diet, you should be fine on this. If fat loss ever starts to slow down, I'd suggest dropping some sushi, or cutting the oils in half.
