All this talk about food. Now I've got to go.

8 0z Ground beef (cooked), 1 whole egg (boiled, then chopped) and 2 cups Oriental mix veggies. Mix all together. Add Cajun seasoning for beef and we're done!

hey frank, that sounds real good to me!

i have a question, with cajun seasoning all of them seem to have sugar as an ingredient in it (like in the shaker bottle by mrs dash or whoever) is that sugar an issue at all, or is it negligible till the final week?

I make a Fritatta almost every morning, and if I'm real hungry I make it as another meal later in the day.

I take 1 whole egg+5egg whites (season w/ ms dash,pepper) put aside

then i chop up a large onion some peppers, mushrooms and a large helping of green veges(broccoli spinach...)

I fry all these up in a meduium skillet w/ pam or 1 tbsp olive oil

then I add 5 oz of whatever meat i'm using at the time (it's fish right now, but it's much better w/ ground beef)

I turn the heat down to medium low and add the eggs, let the bottom firm up a bit and then stick in a 350 degree oven until the top is crispy.

Garnish w/ some scallions or parsley.

This is really tasty and very filing, it's huge, I cut it up like pizza.

Enjoy.
