12 weeks out - help!

I am training for my first figure show and I feel overwhelmed and a little out of sorts. I am training hard and feel like I am dieting right but I just don't know if I'm doing if I'm on the right track. I'm about 107, bf 16%, 12 weeks out. Here is what my diet has looked like for the past several weeks. I am not sure whether I should keep it the same at this point or change it:

Meal 1: 1 whole egg, 2 whites, 1/2 c oatmeal, 3 oz. lean meat

Meal 2: 1 scoop MP or UMP with 1 TBS heavy cream or 1 TBS almond butter

Meal 3: 5 oz. chicken, 1 cup green veggie, 1/2 cup rice or black beans, salad with 2 TBS vin and oil dressing (or sometimes I do 1 TBS v&o and 1 TBS almond butter as my dessert)

Meal 4: 1 scoop MP or UMP

Meal 5: same as meal 3

Meal 6: 1 scoop UMP

Can someone please advise as to whether or not this is appropriate for 12 weeks out??? Help!! I just want to make sure I am on the right track.

Hey there..
Hows it going now? It seems like you are doing good... Are you losing at the rate you need to be losing? You are a much tinier person than I am but when I was competing I know that as long as I was still losing pretty consistently than everything was good. Probably your next step would be to drop the whipping cream? IF you aren't losing.. What is your goal weight? The first show is the hardest but once you get it under your belt you will know more what to expect. Hope this helped a little bit...
