Hello this is my first post here. Let me first start off by saying that I was on a diet in which I lost about 40 lbs in about 2 months about 4 years ago. I have since gained it all back. My current weight is 247lbs, I am 6'2", and I don't know my BF%. I my goal is to get down to about 215lbs. I am not "training" for anything but go to the gym regularly.

I would like some suggestions on the diet I have started about 2 weeks ago.

Meal 1:
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 egg whites 1 whole egg
4 oz 10% lean beef
1 orange
2 Mass amminos
2 Ultra 40s

Meal 2:
1 1/2 scoops Muscule Provider
2 Mass amminos
2 Ultra 40s
2 Lean Out

Meal 3:
1/2 cup brown rice
2 cups mixed veggies
6 oz 10% lean beef
2 Mass amminos
2 Ultra 40s

Meal 4:
Same as meal 2 plus 1 apple

Meal 5:
2 cups salad
6-8 oz 10% lean beef
2 tbls fat-free/sugar-free dressing
2 Mass amminos
2 Ultra 40s

I know that chicken is best for the protein, but being a working man, I need something that I don't have to make at an office. Ground beef is easy because I make it on Sunday for the whole week and don't have to worry about it.

Any advice on any tweaking would be much appriciated.

Ok I have been on this Diet for about 3 weeks. I have lost about 10 lbs. I don't know what I can do to be able to lose some more weight a little quicker. Does someone have any suggestions?

I was thinking about taking out the orange in the morning and the apple on my 4th meal. I can also take out the salad dressing on my 5th meal. Should I be taking lean out every meal, or should I take them 1st, 3rd, 5th meals?

Any suggestions would be greatful.

I think losing 10 pounds in a few weeks isn't bad at all. I know you may want quicker results but it does take time. I think your on the right track. What kind of workout plan are you on, or hows your cardio? If your lifting weights your probaly packing on some muscle too, so that will not show a big decrease in overall weight. Good luck man, keep it up

Yes I was a little rushed when posting last. I know that it may take some time, but I haven't lost any weight this past week. Currently at about 245 (started diet at about 255).

I am doing a little cardio...about 10 min run before lifting just to get the blood pumping. I am lifting hard. Oh well...I feel great and I think I'm on the right track. Thanks for the support Mugg.

what works for me is one day do about 40 min of cardio on your off day of lifting. If your lifting hard and eating correctly you will gain
lean muscle weight. Try to fit in more cardio if possible, just a little bit helps.
