Does anyone use both? I have used Muscle Provider in Chocolate and love it. I am preparing for a competition in October and November. Would using both be more beneficial or should I just stay with Muscle Provider? Or is one better than the other? Confused

To answer your question, UMP Vanilla! Not only does it taste THE BEST it is the MOST BENEFICIAL if you are on a 50/20/30 type diet plan. That being said, another good idea would be to mix 1 scoop MP with 1 scoop Ultra Size (depending on your caloric needs for your goals)?

Abeauty, it really all depends on what your diet is like leading up to the show. Go ahead and post your diet for us.

AM- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 egg + 3 egg whites
* Sometimes I will make the protein pancake with sugar free syrup or subsitute Cream of Wheat/ grits for oatmeal

Lunch- chicken breast, sweet potato, green vegetable.

Dinner- tuna or chicken with two vegetables

2 MP drinks between meals

I read the article Rachel posted "Your Fit Figure" and have incorporated that diet and exercise regimen. I am doing this myself and am not working with a trainer. Any feedback that I can get would be great. Though Rachel's plan calls for Ultra Size, I figured, if I could get away with not purchasing it and just using MP, I'd be fine. If using both would be better, I'd get Ultra Size too. Please help!!!!

Abeauty, we can definetly make the necessary changes you need for your competition, but first, what is your bodyfat? Weight right now?

Also, you can get away with MP for now. Finish it up and we will add things to the shakes to make assimilation a little slower, but when you are finished, switch over to UMP immediately.

Thanks a lot. I'm done with MP and have to order more protien mix, so I will order UMP. Can I get away with getting chocolate than vanilla? Also, right now I am 125 lbs. I'm not sure of my bodyfat. I bought a caliper, but can't really tell from that. I'll try to get a bodyfat reading tomorrow when I go to the gym. Thanks again for your help!!

Chocolate UMP is pretty good! I prefer the Vanilla for taste, but its the same thing really. I think the Chocolate has 0.5 grams more of fat per serving. That shouldn't hinder anything though!

(Just FYI, I mix 1.5 scoop UMP Vanilla and 1 scoop UMP Chocolate and it tastes just like Nestle Quick or YooHoo!! Really Fantastic stuff here from Bev! Hats off!)
