Hey everyone! I am a 24 year old female who just a 6-meal a day diet. I work out 6 days a week, sometimes I do cardio in the morning and do weights later on in the day, or workout (both cardio & weights) later on in the day (early evening). My purpose for my diet is to lose body fat. I usually have a 1 1/2 scoops of UMP for breakfast, my next meal is supposed to be MP within 20 minutes of my workout, but what if I don't workout in the morning? Should I go with a different meal in place of the UMP if I don't workout in the morning?

Meal 1: Meal 1 Preworkout: (Drink one hour before workout)
1.5 scoops UMP

Meal 2 Post workout meal –within 20 minutes after workout(only take on workout days)
1.5 scoops Muscle Provider

NOTE: On non workout days, have 1.5 scoops of UMP,
½ cup oatmeal or ½ cup brown rice,
and 1 piece of fruit (about ½ cup of berries, or peach, or melon, or 1/2grapefruit.

Meal 3
4 oz lean meat (chicken, fish, turkey, beef)
2 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1/2 grapefruit --optional
1/4th cup oats or 1/4th cup brown rice, or 4 ounces sweet potato

Meal 4
1.5 scoops UMP

Meal 5
6 ounces lean meat (turkey, beef (90% 0r leaner),fish, tuna, lean ham)
1/4th cup oats or 4 ounces sweet potato, or 1/4th cup brown rice
½ grapefruit

Meal 6
5 egg whites with 1 yellow OR 1 cup fat free cottage cheese (Trauth)
1 cup veggies (may put in eggs and make omelet)

Does it really matter which order your meals go in? Sometimes I switch it up depending on my workout. Thanks for your help!
