I lean towards the no fat, but either is fine as there is very little difference in the kcal, prot,carb,and fat values of either product. In the brand I eat the values are (per 1/2 C.): NO FAT LOW FAT Cal. 80 80 Prot. 14 13 Carb. 7 5 Fat 0 1.5
