Question. Low fat or no fat? Which is better on the fat loss diets?

I have had both and personally prefer the low fat, it tastes better, but I can eat both. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would stick w/ low fat. Non fat products are usually higher in sugar/carbs.

I lean towards the no fat, but either is fine as there is very little difference in the kcal, prot, carb, and fat values of either product. In the brand I eat the values are (per 1/2 C.):
NO FAT LOW FAT
Cal. 80 80
Prot. 14 13
Carb. 7 5
Fat 0 1.5

I saw the same thing MarkD, thats why I asked. I wasn't sure that the 2g. of carbs offset the 1.5g. of fat. Thanks for the reply.
