hi just started a diet to lose bodyfat. i am 5'5 and weigh 150. i have lost 15 lbs so far. my target is 125 . not sure what
my body fat is. i have a body fat scale but was told they are not accurate. anyway. my diet is
meal 1- 1/2 cut oatmeal 1 scoop protein meal 2 -2 scoop protein meal 3- 4 oz sweet potato 4 oz tuna meal 4- 2scoop protein meal 5- 4oz chicken or turkey 1 cup asparagus supplements are. multi vitamin, lean out 2 meal 1.3.5 and 1 with meal 2.4, glutamine powder and bcaa powder for post work out. how does this look? just started this one. because of diet stalled out. and sat a cheat meal pizza 2 slice, on wheat bread |
