Question 1: There are many different types of protien sources so unless your eating the same type of protien (ie Chicken) all day every day, you are already rotating your protien sources. Beef is different from chicken (by aminio acid profile, mineral and vitamin content. Depending on the type of protien source meat/plant/or whey in the course of a day you constantly changing your source. As far as protien powdwers go most major brands are a blend of protiens with different AA profiles and digestion rates (concentrates for slower absorbtion and isolates for fast) so if your eating different meats and using provider, mass, ultra size, Mass AA, Liver tabs etc. you are already rotating your protien sources.

2. To check your food allergies go to a DR. (any type) and have a blood test done in his office or lab to see what types of food allegies you may have. That is the #1 way to do it if you have health Insurance they will cover both visits to the Dr. and the lab tests (usually lab corp). If your state is one that does not need a referal from a doctor you can self refer and go over the results with your dr of choice. My best advice is to meet a dr who works out and has the same mind frame as other bbing atheletes. He will be in a better position to advise.

3. To broad of a question to answer stats can be manipulated by whoever is reading them .

hope this helps.

1. I rotate like this
day 1 chicken/turkey
day 2 beef
Day 3 venison
Day 4 ostrich
I use those as my main protein source throughout the day and then will usually have fish at night - different each night.

2. Immuno labs has a great blood test for food allergies and sensitivities. If you contact them they may be able to help you find a doc close to you. I know my Blue cross/Blue Shield PPO plan covered it. I suspected I had a problem because I had a chest congestion for 9 months, achy joints, fatigue and gas that could clear a room 24/7. Since doing an elimination diet and then a rotated diet I'm much better - until I get cocky and try and sneak one of the foods I can't tolerate back in.

3. Yes most common allergins are eggs, dairy, corn, oats.

I had issues with egg whites and yolks, dairy including whey (no PP for me Frown )soy, legumes, banana, cranberry, black pepper, garlic, mushrooms and a few other random foods. I tested positive for corn allergy while the others were sensitivities which can be just as annoying but present themselves with a delayed reaction versus an immediate reaction.

I would highly reccomend rotating your foods not just proteins because I believe I ended up with the sensitivities I have from eating the same thing day in and day out.

Do you suspect you have a problem?

I have been using chocolate beverly products and I also have started using probiotics. I have gas 24/7 when I follow a gaining diet sent to me by Mark R. I stopped using choc. ultra size and mass maker and it has got better. It is still up in the air if the probiotics have had an effect on my digestion and gas.
