i've been following the max fat lose program now for 2weeks and feel like i'm not losing (go by clothes not scale)could 2 carb up days be too much or should i just stick it out a litle longer?how much should u expect to lose eacy week?
4 weeks is really the minimum time frame to accurately determine results from any diet plan, supplement routine or workout. Unfortunately our bodies can only change so fast. Stay the course and be 100% committed to your diet for at least two more weeks and then assess your progress.
The carb meals are critically important to the diets they are listed on. Also, I would assume you're taking all the supplements as instructed on the diet.
thanks!i take all the supplements plus additional the uplift.i love all the products and in the past had success w/the diet plans now i just seem to be at a standstill and can't lose.will stick it out and hopefully see results thanks
