Under the FAQ's post for the maximum muscular weight gain plan, the shakes are supposed to have 4 scoops of mass maker. I was wondering if there was a food I could substitute for the mass maker? Thank you.

Go to the main page at www.beverlyinternational.com and click on Mass Maker in the grey column to the left. You will see the nutrient content. With a calculator you can determine that 4 scoops of Mass Maker would have around 57 gm carbs, 27 pro, 2.5 fat.
In the same FAQ section that you found the diet, you can use the master food list to make substitutions if you like. Read the nutrition facts labels on your foods as a guide.
