It's going to depend on your situation. 5 means there's going to be five times your body is going to respond with insulin. Chances are, fat-burning slows down at this point. So, 5 is going to be a good number for contest dieting. 6-8, actually works good when offseason dieting and bulking up without feeling stuffed. A few of us tried it about 3 years ago. I'll still go by that route.
