How many grams of protein does an egg contain and is there anything in the internet that would provide info like this for all types of foods?

Thanks

Should say right there on the carton somewhere. But generally, a "large Egg" has 6 grams of protein and about 55% of the protein is found in the egg white. That yolk is SUPER nutritious but because of the fatty content of the yolk, most yolks are disgarded among bodybuilders/fitness enthusiasts.

So how much protein is in an egg white? I'm guessing 3-4?

"a large Egg has 6 grams of protein and about 55% of the protein is found in the egg white."

I always add one yolk precontest and two offseason. Why? egg white by itself is incomplete protein, now add the yolk and its complete.

Just dont get eating a ton of them if you are incorporating carbs into your plan, otherwise keto dieters eat around 5-6 omega three whole eggs, just depends on goals....

also, yeah...I usually say 3.5 for a yolk if Im ballparking someone, but otherwise I weigh everything in grams so its exact...
