I'm 6 weeks into a contest diet doing the Monday & Thursday carb up meal in place of my 6th meal. I just changed my training to evening. Post workout I have 2 scoops MP.(6:00pm) and then my last meal at about 8:30pm. Should I sub the last meal with a carb up on Mon. and Thurs. or combine the carbs and last meal together.
