I have been reading a lot recently about CLA. The articles have discussed it fat loss benefits as well as helping with mild asthma. I know Beverly doesn't sell CLA so I wonder is their anything to the asthma and fat loss claims?

Most research shows that CLA must be taken in high doses, around 9000mg per day for extended periods of time (multiple months) to really see body composition benefits. I am not familiar with the benefits in regards to athsma.
