Has anyone tried Quaker's new product, MultiGrain? Also, does anyone know how it compares to regular Quaker Old fashioned oats?

Check to see if it has wheat and/or soy. If it does, dump it, especially if you want fatloss.

I agree with Frank on this one. Also, you have to be careful with the term multi grain as it is often not whole grains but instead its refined carbohydrates sources. Sources you really want to avoid during bulking or cutting. Just my 2 cents
