Hi all,

I've been working out without taking any supplements. I want to first get into a routine of proper diet and exercise before I add anything else into the mix however, I am dragging while I'm doing my exercises. Can you recommend one of the beverly supplements that will help give me a boost before my workouts? I've tried hydroxcut in the past and it gave me the boost that I needed however, it cramped my stomach up severely (even though I was drinking a half gallon or more of water a day). I don't want the fat burning quality, I just need something that will give me the energy to get through my workout. Can anyone help me?

As you stated, get your diet in order first, before relying on supplements. Beverly doesn't have any stimulant based supplements, except for Musclean which contains caffeine. Your lack of energy is more likely due to a less than average nutritional plan. Once you get that in order you might want to try Glutamine Select during workouts.

Wonderful all natural thing to take before workouts...Bee Pollen. I prefer the granules...True energy. I purchase at whole foods. Doesn't matter rather I take it 30 min before or immediately when I start my workout.

Hey Toy and Aram, thanks for the responses. Toy, a friend of mine told me about Bee Pollen a long time ago. I'm going to give it a try and see if it helps.
