I am 7 weeks in dieting for a figure competition and my 'system' has not been regular since. I am either going all the time or not at all, if you know what I am saying. The worst part is when I am not going which is now. Any suggestions, dulcolax? Metamulcil? I am using flaxseed oil and drink coffee with no luck!
Sorry so gross!!

Ah yes. The ever backed-up GI system of the constest dieter. So common, so uncomfortable, and so gross...

With 2-3 of your meals, try using 2 sugar free fiber tablets. It doesn't matter when you take them, just that you do it for at least 2 of your meals. No added calories at all, so don't worry about that. It will help parastalsis along and "flush" out your GI, in not so many words.

You will be "regular" again in no time.

OMG I was just going to start a post about this problem. I'm having the same issue. Thanks for the Fiber tablet advice! Good idea!
