Can you use raw eggs in shakes. Maybe a couple scoops of Ultra size or muscle provider and some egg whites and a yolk or two. Just blend this all up???

I have done it... but most advise against using raw eggs. The fear that bacteria in the eggs will make you sick is enough to really make you think of other ways to add eggs to shakes. The best way I have found is just to microwave only the eggs for about 30 seconds and then add your protein powder in. The 30 seconds of heat should be enough to kill most bacteria. One warning...don't mix up your shake and then heat it...you will end up with a clumpy mess Smile

There's a lot of people that will use raw eggs. It's ok but with a slight warning.

Use 100% egg by Beverly and that will solve any questions.

Geez, I would think of something else for flavor. Adding one or two eggs isn't really worth the protein vs. the risks. Granted the risks are very slight nowadays, I would rather go for something good.

Now to get creative...
ADD PEANUT BUTTER!
