Here is my current diet for the next 4-5 weeks. Its not for a contest but to get ready for the summer.

Meal 1

6 egg whites
1 scoop of designer whey protein powder
1/2 cup of oatmeal

meal 2

2 scoops of designer whey
teaspoon of flaxseed oil

meal 3
1 can of tuna
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup of black beans

pre-workout

1 medium apple

postworkout

myoplex

Dinner

1 piece of fish
1 chicken breast
salad
1 oz of almonds

before bed

4 egg whites
1 scoop of calcium protein powder

Should I do the carb up days twice a week?

My body fat is at 12.5 currently and hoping to be to 9ish after this, and soon enough at 8 for the summer.

Any comments will help Smile

My only comments is to drop the designer and the myoplex, they may be ok proteins, but Beverly is still the Protein King.

I am with Chris, go with MP or US. I like the others, but always not a bloated feeling after, and I never came in hard when using myoplex. Wit US I can use it right up to the day of the show with no bloat.

I don't care if you switch to Beverly or not I'm not getting any royalties from it but, replace the over priced garbage known as Myoplex. Other than that the diet seems alright but, I don't know your size or calorie requirements to say for sure and yeah I'd probably do the carb up meal because based on that diet you are getting very few carbs and a lot of the ones you are getting are fiber which is good but, you will need more carbs.

Just a quick note. I am not receiving royalties from it either. It's just I have seen the difference in myself when using other brands, and MP/US. If you are set on those, why don't you do your plan for 3-4 weeks, with those powders, then do the next 3-4 weeks with Beverly, I bet you see a world of difference.

I agree with you. I feel Beverly is one of the top 3 proteins out there and I knew everyone on here would tell him to switch to Beverly which I agree he should but, I was trying to stress wether he goes Beverly or not atleast get rid of the Myoplex.

Well, I believe they are number one. I put on mass and lose weight when using Beverly supps. But the same magazines that rate Beverly's proteins gave DYA pro-peptide a good rating. However, no one can match the service that comes with the goods like Beverly. I don't know the other one though.

This is just my personal opinion and you know what they say about opinions. The 3 protein powder/meal replacements that I have had the best results with are Muscle Milk, Beverly, and Met-Rx APM 60. I typically reccomend Beverly over the others based on the customer service. I can't imagine any other brand that offers as much as Beverly.

Interestingly enough, those are the exact two brands that I was referring to in my NNN article when I was spinning my wheels trying to drop B/F ... it really hasn't been all that long since it was written, but it seems like years ago with the progress that has been made since 'cleaning up' what I was ingested by switching to Beverly products ... you may want to give the article a quick glance ... thanks, tom
