I'm eating about six times a day and feel full all of the time, shoving in myoplex and egg whites,fish, chicken, stc. I've been doing this a week and am trying to lose weight but I've went from 212 to 205 in about 4 days...This looks good on the scale but I know its not good! Should I cut back my cardio...currently Im training two b-parts a day with cardio after that,planning on resting every third day. I love that I'm dropping weight because I always fell full???? Don't be concerned, 7 lbs. in 4 days is most likely water, as the only foods you listed that you are eating are protein. Very low or near zero carbs will cause a large initial weight drop. Post your daily diet in detail and there are many on this board who can advise. You CAN NOT lose 7 lbs. of fat in 4 days. | |||

I'm on midnights so the hours may seem odd to you all: 12am- Myoplex Orig. w/16oz water 3am- 6egg whites 2-4oz chicken(after cooked) 1/2 c brown rice (after cooked) 530-6am- two veggie burgers 2 cups g.beans 9am- 6 egg white omlete w/ salsa 10am-230pm SLEEP 3pm - Myoplex 16oz water 1/2 graperuit 5-630pm at the gym or on bike 8pm - 8oz turkey burger ( 93percent lean) 2 cups brochli 9-11pm nap before work Midnight starts new day////////// This comes out to pretty low cals but I'm struggling to get all this in and I don't want to gain...I've been on weight watchers way of eating for over a year (counting points) and the points eating like this is about the same only I'm eating more whole foods instead of snacking like I was on empty calories.(Pretzels/popcorn/etc.) You guys have been great so far with advice..keep it coming...remember I want to be lean, well...u all know what ur doing. Yeah, that would HAVE to be water weight you are dropping. You are eating pretty low carb from what I can tell(whats in a veggie burger exactly???) There isn't a enuff glycogen in your muscle cells to hold any water, so it is just being expelled... Definetly NOT a fan of the Myoplex though Vijay Rock Puri, D.C. | |||

Id NEVER let one of my clients drop 7 lbs in 4 days without upping the carbs. **** if they drop more than 2 lbs per week I up the energy sources. You continue on this 1) you will stall out and 2) you will burn through muscle. Am I reading that right, your PWO meal is protein and broccoli? Thats an issue right there get some sweet potato or white potato in there pronto. Jason Theobald | |||
