my goals are just like so many others, to put on mass, but lean mass. Im 36yrs. old Im 6' tall and weigh 200lbs. Dont be fooled my size it isnt anything to to brag about considering how long ive been working out. As ive gotton older ive really cleaned up my diet to obtain my best physique. When i say cleaned up, i mean eveything I should be eating to obtain the above goals, or at least I thought so. I work out 4 days a week, I eat at least 6-7meals a day and realax a bit on the weekends. Am I just fooling myself or is there a light at the end of the tunnel? A friend of mine at my gym swears by this site and uses bevs. supplements religiously, so thats why im here. I never give up but, a change for the better in my physique would help recharge my slowly fading motivation.
