I am just curious of how you all take your post-workout shake? Please list the off season shake and the dieting shake.
Mine is
40 grams whey protein
25 g dextrose
25 g maltodextrin
5 g glutamine
5 g creatine

For the off season i just add more carbs.

I would also like to know how do you take it? What i mean is i down half of my shake for the first 10 minutes then i sip on it for about 35-40 minutes. 45 minutes after that i have a whole food meal.

I'm glad that this topic actually came up in the OCB forum.
I've taken the ideas from both Aram, and Sully, and combined them into...
Pre: 1 Scoop CS, with 2 Sccops Mass Maker
Post: 1 Scoop GS, immediately following training, then I sip on a shake made up of, 1 Scoop CS, 5 Scoops Mass Maker, and 1 Scoop Muscle Provider over the next 45 minutes.
Of course these recommendations are listed on the container labels, and through out past Beverly articles.
So far so good. Smile

Mine are as follows:

Off Season
Pre: 3 scoops MP, 5 g creatine, 10g glutamine, sprinkle of cinnamon

Post: 2 scoops MP, 3 scoops MM, 5g creatine, 10g glutamine, sprinkle of cinnamon

Contest:
Pre: 3 scoops MP, 5 g creatine, 10g glutamine, sprinkle of cinnamon

Post: 3 scoops MP, 5 g creatine, 10g glutamine, sprinkle of cinnamon

I workout after work, which is 4:30-5:00ish. After the workout (around 6:00) I drink the shake. I usually then have dinner around 7:30, which is the same off season or contest - beef, chicken, or fish and a big salad. I could take in some carbs with this meal if off season, but only for a week or two. My body will end up storing the extra carbs as fat.
