What is everyones opinion on condiments if they are under 3g sugar. I like making ground beef and putting a little ketchup on it.

walden farms makes the best calorie free condiments. I use them all year untill about 3 weeks before a show. I stay away from most other kinds besides mustard and low/no carb ketchup. I'm not very good at being fancy with my diet. I wish I was though
