Has anyone ever tried a diet that basically loads carbs in the morning that would have been eaten through out the day and then just eat protein and veggies the rest of the day. So maybe like 100 at breakfast and 100 at meal 2 then just protein and veggies all day. Results? how did you feel? Ive seen other bodybuilders do this especially those that train in the morning. In theory it seems feasible, any thoughts....

I agree about the theory seems feasible. I am not really sure if that would be a "good" eating regimen. I am interested in some real proof. If you listen to the carb bashing craze, then eating all of those carbs and not burning them all right away it could be stored.... but if that is all you have the entire day then you will burn them off through the day. Hmmmmm
I find that when dieting, leaning phase, or hardening phase, however you want to call it, I bascially do that. I structure my carbs around my workout time, and then after that eat only protein, fibrous veggies and fats the rest of the day. I work out in the morning, so I have my oatmeal, go train, then my post post workout meal I have a good carb source. After that, I switch to protein/fiber/fats. I find this to work well for me. In a way, it is almost like a TKD diet, except not quite as much fats. As you know probably, protein is 58% likely to be converted to glucose, and fat only 10%. Of course carbs are 100%, 100% of the time.
Yeah..I dont know if I could pull it off in the offseason I like my midday carbs. I know a bodybuilder that is doing this to stay lean year round and he trains in the morning empty stomach then eats about 250 grams of carbs with protein source for breakfast then protein and veggies all day long. Seems to be working. Thanks for opinions,
