hello to all,
i am seeking advise for a sample winter diet plan to build some muscle and a little bit of fat. i am looking to put on about 15-20 lbs. usually i do this by eating every thing and any thing during the winter. this time i would like to gain weight correctly, im just not to sure what the corect way is. my current summer plan that keeps me very lean is as follows: 6 am 4 egg whites and two full eggs. 1/2 cup oatmeal with strawberries. vitamin pack, 5 liver tabs, 4 mass
9 am, 2 scoops of protien, water and 5 liver and 4 mass tabs.
12 noon. 10 oz chicken breast, sweet potato, 5 liver and 4 mass tabs.
3 pm, same as meal 2.
after training, 7 pm 10oz steak, 2 cups veggies and 5 liver and 4 mass tabs.
currently i am 180lbs 5'11. thanks to all who is interested in giving advise

Your summer diet to get lean looks pretty solid so I would work off that. You could start by adding a fat source to your shakes at meals two and three such as a tbs of peanut butter, almond butter or macadamia nut oil. Also since meal five is post workout you could have a carb source there as well. This should help you gain some lean muscle while limiting fat gain. Try this plan for a few weeks and assess your progress.
