prioritize, if fat loss is the main goal, cardio before weight lifting
i personally get tired after about an hour, so i split my cardio and weight lifting... normally doing cardio first thing in the morning forcing my body to burn fat for energy.
also you could up the time of your cardio by about 10 minutes, making sure you warm up for 3- 5 minutes and cool down for another 3-5 minutes, allowing your heart rate to drop gradually
for extreme fat loss i've known some who do cardio in the morning and than again before bed (burning the candle at both ends) however weight training in the evening will do as well....
you should display your diet to see if it needs some tweaking

Post your diet that could be the problem. If your working out really hard and not eating enough calories then you might have slowed down your metabolism.
