I am new to competeing. I did my first comp about 2 weeks ago, but only had to weeks to prepare for it. My next on is Aug. 21. I not sure how I should be eating at this point. Any suggestios?
Wow, you only had two weeks to prepare for your first show!! Well, be prepared to start consuming five to six high protein meals per day. Beverly will set you up with a meal plan tailored to your goals. Welcome and good luck!
A lot is going to depend on your goals. Continue to eat clean, no sugars. Take two shakes per day. Don't forget fiberous veggies. Since calories are strict, make sure you get the best of them.
