Hi. I am new to Beverly, and new to this type of diet. I did Body for life for 24 weeks, and did quite well, as much as you can expect from that program. I am, of course, wanting something more at this point, or I wouldn't be here. I am having some difficulty, and I am hoping that you guys can help me.
Rachel has given me a diet, and it has 5 meals on it. 2 days w/ complex carbs, 1 day w/ none. The problem is, by night time, I am starving...every day. Would it be ok to space my meals 4 hours apart so that I can eat a meal b4 bedtime, or is this bad? I have no aspirations to compete, just to get into awesome shape. I currently weigh 132. Don't know my BF. I'm guessing about 25%. ( I've come a long way.)
Another option would be to add another US as my final meal. ANY input is greatly appreciated.
Thankyou.

Yes you can space your meals so that you are eating close to bed. When I was getting ready for my shows I had the same issues. I was told it wouldnt hurt to eat late at night, and just to space my meals accordingly.

If you were strictly on a gaining phase you would be more concerned with eating every 2.5 hours, but it sounds like you are on a fat loss plan.
