I have noticed the past week at 6 weeks out, that if I don't have lots of coffee and Hot Rox or some stimulant I can't function. I am following the 3C diet.

I hate to take in so much caffeine, but I can't function without it, regardless of U40's,lean out, UMP etc.

Anyone else feel this way during pre-contest dieting?

not really at 6 weeks out I was still eating 225 carbs workout and 175 non. I use training and cardio to shed fat, not diet per se. Obviously I eat clean, but at 6 weeks out I was still PR'ing.

Are you so sure you are carb sensitive? Or is it when you are taking in huge amounts of protein and eat carbs you add weight? There is a difference at 6 weeks out you shouldnt be feeling like ****. I think that diet is geared toward the final weeks if necessary, but not for 6 weeks, I could be wrong though.

You know, I am guessing I am carb sensitive. When I am not dieting, I eat more carbs, but ALWAYS lots of protein.

Maybe, I need to pay attention to calories and not carbs? I like the low carb diets because it brings out vacularity after the weekly carb-ups. But, I would like to substitute carbs for protein if it makes me feel stronger.
