I'm wanting to see if someone could help me out with a diet for gaining size but also losing about 10-15 lbs. I currently am 6'2 240. I've never had my BF tested before so I do not know it. I use/love Bevery products and have gotten great results with their products. I just need help with a diet to follow for adding a little more size but also helping me get more definition going. Can someone help me out?

Im not sure the exact macros on your diet but you will definitly need to add some carbs. You are really low carb. Do you do refeed days/meals etc.?

No matter what you do you need more calories.

If you stick with this base diet and just up the calories, you still need a carb load day or two.

I probbaly front load your carbs, put a sweet potato at meal 2 and that white potato you sometimes have at meal 4, move that to pwo with the MP.

Then the rest would be fine.

Then once or twice per week, you could have a refeed carb meal or day. Just depends.

The carb up is simply a day or meal that is much higher carb then you normally have. This gets that slow metabolism movin again since the low carbs will slow it down or even stall it out. If you do a carb up day then you would have carbs at all meals. Im not positive but I think most do just a carb up meal. To do this simply replace meal six on mon and thurs or tues fri (just space the two days out) with the following: A large sweet potato, 1 cup oatmeal, a large banana and some veggies (many people put real butter on the veggies to prolong the effect of the meal through the night). You should feel decently full after this.
