Looking for a little help on a breakfast exchange. My diet calls for 1 whole egg 3 egg whites 3 oz. chicken and 1/2 cup oatmeal. How does the following compare to values in origanal menu. I use 1 scoop plain ultra-size 3 egg whites 1/2 cup dry oats ground to fine consistency 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp lemon juice and enough water for consistency of pancakes. Spray pam and fry until golden brown. Yum Yum!! Just as good as my all time favorite I-Hop.
