Hello everyone. I am looking for a new and reasonable diet. Saying this I will give everyone a bit of history which might help you understand where i have been, where i am, and what i would like to accomplish.

About 8 years ago i was training for a few local bodybuilding shows and did extremely well following beverly diets and supplements. An injury side lined my progress. Since then i have been in and out of serious training all leading to failure for the ultimate goal to be on stage. Well now 8 years later and a few years off of competition dieting/training i find myself looking to lose weight and train to become more fit. NOT to be competitive or enter a contest.

I am looking through some of my old diets and just do not see them being easy to obtain with results i am looking for. They seem too hardcore for what i am trying to do, lose about 25 pounds.

I am 5'8", 235lbs, and high teens for BF last i checked. I have a very muscular build (like a brick) but as you can tell there is a lot of padding.

Can someone make a diet recommendation that is reasonable for my goals? Below is what i am trying to follow but just know i wont be able to maintain. Thanks!!!!

meal 1-
2 whole eggs, 8 egg whites, 4 oz. Lean Ground Beef, 1 cup of oatmeal

meal 2
3 scoops Ultra Size, 4 tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream

meal 3
8-10 oz of Chicken Breast, or Lean Beef, or Tuna
6 oz Sweet potato, or, red potatoes

meal 4
3 scoops ultra size, 4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

Train - post workout (Solid Meal after workout)
8-10 oz Lean Steak
1 cup cooked Brown Rice

Meal 6
3 scoops ultra size, 4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
