I know this is all about time management....but....
In my schedule I typically work from about 730am-430pmCST (somewhere around there). I weightlift right after work and go directly to the gym. Whereby I will do my weightlifting first, then do cardio. This is a typical day.
Then go home and have dinner.

Problem is, this is sometimes around8p. And i'm usually in bed around 9pm. Sometimes I have not been having my 6th meal (protein shake/goo). Is this going to hinder process down the road for me?

My goals:
Female, (well, my goal is not to be a female..lol.), 38yrsold, 139lbs. Plans of bodybuilding, eventually competing at somepoint.
BF is about 27 right now ( i know, ouch).

I have read some people wake up and eat, etc. I'm wondering if I should not wait 2-3 hrs between my 5th and 6th meal and just take the 6th meal before go to bed?

Or better yet, what I should probably be doing is eating 5th meal before gym I guess.
It was weird because last night (and this has happened a few times) I felt hungry about an hour after eating 5th meal.

Current diet (its a Bev one):
1st meal: 3egg whites, 1egg, 3oz chick (or lean meat), 1/3c oatmeal
2nd meal: shake w/almond butter
3rd meal: 1c broccoli, 4oz chicken cooked, 4oz sweet potato
4th meal: protein shake
5th meal: 1c broccoli, 5 oz chick cooked, salad

Thanks all.....

Hey BovaJP, what are your protein shakes at meals 2 and 4 and how many scoops do they comprise?

I am gonna assume you are doing 1 scoop of UMP or Muscle Provider? If this is so, why don't you up the serving to 1.5 scoops at each meal so you don't have to eat a 6th meal at all?

Also, if your meals 2 and 4 comprise of 2 scoops of either MP or UMP, then you definetly don't need a 6th meal in there.

Ah! Why didn't I think of that...lol.

Yes, you are correct, they comprise of one scoop each. Lately I have been doing only UMP.

That's a swell idea though.

Thank you!

Don't forget, each shake should contain some fiber by adding some and a fruit. Add 4 strawberries or each a small apple with this.
