I currently have a groin strain and I am unable to do cardio except a 10-15 minute warm-up on the recumbent bike. I should be good to go in a few weeks. My main goal is fat loss. I was wondering if I should take Lean Out even I am not doing cardio. I am not pre-contest, but my goal is to compete.
Lean Out is for anyone who wants to reduce body fat and retain lean muscle mass. Your body uses energy (expends calories) every second of the day, whether at rest or during activity. Lean Out redirects your body to look for stored fat as its primary energy source. If your diet is conducive to fat loss, Lean Out is going to be a proven key to your progress.
