Bunny, Welcome to the BI Forum. We have posted our most successful nutrition, training and supplementation plans, plus more, in the Nutrition, Training and Suppelment Solutions section of our website. I would suggest the Female Fit Figure Nutrition Plan to aid in your goal of preparing for a figure competition. This is a great starting point for any program. You’ll also find a training program to compliment this type of diet in the Training section, Training for the Figure Athlete. The top supplements for fat loss are Ultimate Muscle Protein, Lean Out and 7 Keto MuscLEAN. I always like to recommend Glutamine Select for aided recovery, muscle building and retention. You can read more about these products at www.beverlyinternational.com/store. CR | |||
