This may be stupid but I really don't know. If I make a shake in the blender at home and throw it in the freezer to take to work...is that ok? Someone said that u loose somthing by not drinking it right away...is that true..should I stick with my little baggies of protein and my shaker bottle?
Thankx,
Ben

They might mean you lose some of the shakes nutrients or value. There was a thread recently that addressed that and I think it was Rachel that said freezing shakes it OK. I believe she said that the shake would smell bad before it lost its value or something along those lines lol

Datas is on the money. The answer is to do what is most convenient for you. If you are making shakes ahead of time (the night before) I would suggest only doing so for the following day. You won't lose any nutrient value and the taste will not be affected that way.
