I'm looking to lose 20 more lbs and get down to 9%-10% body fat. I've been on a strict diet for 3 weeks along with the gym and have lost 18 lbs so far but feel I'm missing something in my diet. Any help would be appreciated. Age 38 202 lbs. I use Lean out and Quadracarn 3 times a day and just ordered some Up Lift
Meal 1: 1 scoop UMP
2 tsp natural peanut butter

Meal 2: 8oz chicken breast
2 cups green beans
1/4 cup cashews

Meal 3: 8oz tilapia or 1 can tuna
1 cup broccoli
1/4 cup almonds

Meal 4: 1 scoop UMP
2 tsp natural peanut butter

Meal 5: 8oz chicken breast
1 cup peas

Meal 6: 1 large salad
1 can tuna
1 tbs red vinegar

If it seems to be working, go for it, but I suggest:

Swap the peas to meal 2 and green beans for meal 5.

Replace meal 6 with a carb meal on Monday/Thursday (or every 3rd day). You'll need that because you're too low carbed.

4 oz sweet potato
1 small banana
1/4 cup oatmeal (prior to cooking)
1 cup broccoli
