Hi. I am new to this board and site... I have been reading it religiously for 3 days. I need some advice and input. I am trying out for a professional dance team. I need to look like a figure competitor. I have exactly eight weeks before the first day of auditions. I am going to post my current stats, diet, and workout routine.

I have always worked out hard in the gym but have reallllllly struggled with my diet. I did a 50 Carb/30 Protein/20 Fat split for a while and my body holding onto fat-- I guess I am carb sensitive. Someone please help me! This is a lifelong dream and I need to go for it!!! More importantly, is it realistic for me to want to drop 5% bodyfat in 8 weeks? Has anyone done that before? I am willing to eat whatever it takes to get there!

Stats: 5'7''
Weight: 138
Body Fat: 17%
Hold all my weight in my mid-section...bleh

Team Requirements
Need to Weigh less than 130 for tryouts

Weight Training Split:
SUN: Heavy Legs
MON: Chest/Abs
TUE: Shoulders/Traps

Well then can someone tell me how to contact Beverly directly so maybe they can give me a diet? I'd appreciate it. I keep reading something about a client form....but can't find it on here.

Thanks.

Michelle;

I've done a site-search and couldn't find the client profile either. Hopefully someone can help us.

I would follow the beverly fat loss diet as follows:

DIET B

Meal #1
3 oz. chicken, 3 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit

Meal #2
1-2 scoops Protein (Muscle Provider)

Meal #3
4-5 oz. chicken or 96% lean beef, 2 cups lettuce salad or green veggies, 2 TBS Paul Newman's oil & vinegar dressing

Meal #4
(Same as Meal #2)

Meal #5
5 oz. chicken, 96% lean beef, salmon (twice per week), 1 cup green veggies

Meal #5 on Wednesday & Saturday:
¾ cup oatmeal, 4 oz. sweet potato, 1 small banana, 1/2 cup veggies, 1 TBS butter (or 1 tbsp almond butter)

You should see some fat loss with this diet.

Hope that helps.

Kelly
