Losing weight quickly

Anyone had to drop a few pounds quickly? Like 1-2 weeks? If so, what did you do (workout and diet wise)?

I have an opportunity for a photo shoot, but need to drop about 5 lbs.

Thanks for any input.

Low Carb. You will lose a decent amount of fat depending upon how much you restrict calories, and you certainly will lose water. Find a person in some of the back issues with similar height and weight, and follow their competition diet for the two weeks. That will probably be your best bet, then carb up the night before the shoot.

Try the low carb/carb up diet beverly uses.

As for training, Id use 4 weight sessions with 3 HIIT type cardio sessions per week. You should be able to hit the 5lbs mark in two weeks. The week leading into the shoot, skip the normal carb up and have it either that morning of the shoot or the night before, depending on how you respond to the previous weeks carb ups.

I would also use 7-keto and Lean Out along with L-Carnitine.
