I have noticed that your meal plans include Ostrich, where are you able to find Ostrich here in Ohio??

I get my ostrich online from www.blackwing.com
I've sent many-a-bodybuilder (or PL in your case, lol) to them for ordering. The ground ostrich is $4 per pound compared to about $7 per pound if you buy the same brand in the grocery store. Blackwing is the largest ostrich company in North America.

Tell them DeWayde Perry sent you. Oh, 4oz ostrich is 23g pro, 1.5g fat.

I also get buffalo from blackwing too. For 4 oz buffalo, you'll get about 3-4g fat.

Thanks Fitdoc, just looking for some variety in my meals. By the looks of it, you can not go wrong with Ostrich. The protein to fat ratio is outstanding.

Thanks for the link to the blackwing website! I checked it out earlier this morning... it's laid out well, and it does a nice job of describing what's available, etc.

Another quick question, what grocery store do you find the whipped cottage cheese? That might be nice for a change of pace and a little variety.
