So, i see that UMP has more fat, more carbs, more sugars, more everything really, compared to the MP protein. I read the differences. But I still wanted someones advice. I use ON protein right now, but want to switch to Beverly. Which one is best. I want to lean out, get muscle, lose fat. I use my protein before workout with oatmeal and then after with oatmeal. Im 5'2 and 110, pounds so Im not huge, but I would like to get more toned. not bulky.. I bought MP. Is that the correct kind to get for my purpose? I have ON casein for at night before bed, and that looks pretty similar to the UMP by bev. Am I correct? Which one should I use? THanks!

You can't go wrong with UMP or MP. I use MP pre-contest. Many others use UMP successfully too. They are both great, try MP now, UMP next time.

ya you are correct on the UMP. it would be a great choice before bed and the MP after training. also you should look around the forum and find some of the great tasting ways you can prepare and use both UMP and MP

Honestly you can't go wrong with either one - personally I like MP for contest prep, but for general diet either one is great. I prefer the MP taste but my hubby likes the thick UMP taste better - so take your pick!
