Hey Frank, I know how you feel about bread. What do you think about this one? http://www.vitaglo.com/hi.html
Probably would be helpful to see the nutrition label huh?

That is pretty impressive. I usually make my own bread using 2:1 oatflour : spelt. I haven't bought a loaf of bread in several months because using wheat pretty much defeats any "gains" in fatloss.

I'll tell you what, I'll order it and try a slice because my cousin needs to change his diet. This may be a big break he needs.

I bought some of this last week and it's not too bad. The texture is a little strange, kind of spongy with a slight sour dough flavor. I'd post the nutrition label, but it seems to have disappeared ( my wife doing Cris Angel impersonation I'm guessing)

Is the texture so strange that you wouldn't buy it again? I'm thinking a natural PB, Banana, and raw honey grilled sandwich might be good for this bread. Yeah, Elvis' favorite but he put bacon on his and that's where I have to draw the line!

Yeah, I'll buy it again and the price is right if you are looking at cost per gram of protein. I toast it and put some PB on it or cinnamon. It has some oats sprinkled on the top of it, and little seeds imbedded in the body of the bread. On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being great) I'd give it a 7 as far as healthy breads go. Hope this helps.
