Hey everyone i'm 23 years old i'm about 6'2 an i weigh about 170lbs. I've been using beverly products for about a year now and a couple of months ago bev had a special if you buy so much then they would send you a workout program of your choice so i told them to send me the lean muscle gain and rapid fat loss. I tried the diet for about a month and a 1/2 and i started gaining muscle i put on 10lbs in the 3rd week of my diet. I told the lady at bev that im a model and that i can't get any bigger i need to stay around 170 but i want to get really ripped she recommend the diet i told you about above but i put on 10lbs of muscle but i need to stay slim and ripped and it was making me bigger and more stocky. can someone recommend a diet for me that will keep me around 170 and just help me get really ripped without gaining alot of muscle also i would like to know if someone could also tell me what i can do to lose body fat around my waist and sides. Thanks!

Hey Joey... Male model eh?... hmmm. Go ahead and post your diet. We gotta see what your diet is like now because it sounds like your goal is fat loss only. The fact that you put on 10 lbs. suggests that it could be water retention, muscle and fat combo...

But like I said, we gotta see your DAILY intake. If you could post your current workout also, that would be great!

Male/Female?

Either way, 170 is irrelevant because muscle is dense compared to fat. Gaining 10 pounds may have been, muscle, fat and fluid. It's probably a ratio of 1 pound of muscle, 2 pounds of fat and 7 pounds of fluid.

Anytime you're preparing a photoshoot, you should prepare for it just like a body builder gets their dry/lean and hard look.

A person gaining 10 lbs that quick is more likely to lose 10 lbs just as quick. You're stating spot reduction and that means overall fatloss, not a specific workout.

Post the diet, type of workout and cardio sessions.

I have to imagine that a fair degree of the 10lb gain is fluids. Look forward to seeing the diet as well...
