Hey Joey... Male model eh?... hmmm. Go ahead and post your diet. We gotta see what your diet is like now because it sounds like your goal is fat loss only. The fact that you put on 10 lbs. suggests that it could be water retention, muscle and fat combo... But like I said, we gotta see your DAILY intake. If you could post your current workout also, that would be great!

Male/Female? Either way, 170 is irrelevant because muscle is dense compared to fat. Gaining 10 pounds may have been, muscle, fat and fluid. It's probably a ratio of 1 pound of muscle, 2 pounds of fat and 7 pounds of fluid. Anytime you're preparing a photoshoot, you should prepare for it just like a body builder gets their dry/lean and hard look. A person gaining 10 lbs that quick is more likely to lose 10 lbs just as quick. You're stating spot reduction and that means overall fatloss, not a specific workout. Post the diet, type of workout and cardio sessions.

I have to imagine that a fair degree of the 10lb gain is fluids. Look forward to seeing the diet as well...
