for a post workout shake to replenish his blood sugar levels. His goal is to burn fat and lost 15 lbs over the next few months. The guy who told him this is supposedly a pro bodybuilder in great shape that sells supplements at an urban active gym.Guy sells him a fat burner and tells him to drink 200 empty calories of sugar for weight loss. I know I am not an expert but I think this is bad advice he is getting. Friend is eating 6 meals per day off the body for life diet with one cheat day. Everything other than the mt dew seems fine.Am I wrong or is mt dew the newest way to build muscle and lose fat?
THATS DEFINATELY BAD ADVICE. TELL HIM TO SWAP OUT THE MT. DEW AND REPLACE IT WITH 2 SCOOPS MUSCLE PROVIDER. IF HE WANTS A LITTLE CARBS POST WORKOUT, I'D DO A WHITE POTATO OR MAYBE ANGEL FOOD CAKE EVERY NOW AND THEN.
