I see that some people add mass maker as a 6th or 7th meal. I was just wondering what the length of time is between mass maker (p.w.o)and your following meal. Would you still want to wait 2.5-3 hrs? I usually count it as a whole meal and wait the 2.5-3 hrs. Just wondering what everyone else does. Thanks

I generally try to eat a meal within an hour to hour and a half of my post workout shake. I feel that the shake is taken up almost immediately after my workout, and thus try to get in a quality meal fairly quickly.

Best of luck,
Mark
